Every canvas we sell is made to order, hand-stretched, and inspected before it ships. We stand behind the workmanship and construction of every piece we produce.
Our Lifetime Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and transit damage present on arrival. If your canvas arrives with a print defect, structural defect, or shipping damage, we replace it at no additional cost. If it's covered, we replace it. No return required.
How it works
Email support@luxwallart.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we'll confirm whether the issue falls within this guarantee and arrange a replacement.
What this guarantee covers
- Damage that occurred in transit
- Print defects, including major color, clarity, or alignment issues
- Structural defects in the canvas, frame, or stretcher bars
- Workmanship defects present on arrival
What this guarantee does not cover
- Damage caused after delivery, including improper hanging, impact, moisture, heat, or mishandling
- Normal wear, aging, or accidental damage over time
- Minor variations inherent to made-to-order production that do not affect the overall presentation of the piece
- Orders that match the approved product selection but are no longer wanted
- Requests made outside the 3-day reporting window

This is a workmanship and transit-damage guarantee. It is not a lifetime replacement program for accidental damage, misuse, or change of mind.
