FAQs
What makes Lux Wall Art different?
Every piece is original art — not licensed prints, not stock imagery. Two collections, one focus: Black culture and history. Art you won't find anywhere else.
Is Lux Wall Art Black-owned?
Yes. Founded and operated in Rochester, NY.
What are your collections?
Simpler Times captures Black community nostalgia — cookouts, childhood summers, neighborhood life.
WE Did That! tells the stories of Black inventors and pioneers whose legacies changed the world. Both are original works, made to order on gallery-quality canvas.
What sizes do you offer?
Three sizes: 11x14" (ideal for gifting and gallery walls), 16x20" (the most popular choice), and 24x36" (statement piece). The 24x36" is also available with a black floating frame.
What's included with every canvas?
Every Lux Wall Art canvas arrives hand-stretched, ready to hang, with hardware already installed. No assembly, no extra purchases.
How long will my canvas last?
Every piece is printed with archival inks on acid-free, pH-neutral canvas — guaranteed to last over 100 years without fading or yellowing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece ships.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email exchanges@luxwallart.com with a photo of the damage and the box within 3 days of delivery. We'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.
