Refund policy
Every piece is made to order. The moment you place your order, production begins — which means we can't accept returns or exchanges once that process has started.
Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. Email your-order@luxwallart.com as soon as possible with your order number. After 24 hours, production has begun and we can't cancel your order.
What we cover
If your piece arrives damaged or with a production flaw, we'll make it right. That includes:
- Canvas arrived with a tear, puncture, or crease
- Print is visibly blurry, color-shifted, or faded out of the box
- Frame or stretcher bars are warped or cracked
- Wrong piece shipped
Email us at exchanges@luxwallart.com within 3 days of delivery. Describe the issue, include a photo of the damage, and include a photo of the box it arrived in. We'll review it and send a replacement at no cost — no return required.
If you'd prefer a refund over a replacement on a confirmed production flaw, we'll honor that too.
What we don't cover
- You changed your mind after ordering
- The colors look different on your wall than on your screen (monitor calibration varies — we recommend viewing our pieces on multiple screens before purchasing)
- You ordered the wrong size
- The piece doesn't match your décor
These aren't production flaws — they're judgment calls that happen before checkout. We can't reprint for those reasons.
A note on sizing
We list exact dimensions on every product page. If you're unsure which size works for your space, measure your wall before you order. When in doubt, go bigger — canvas art almost always reads smaller on a wall than you expect.
